The credentials you check before you shortlist.
Certified installation, full insurance and bonding, OSHA-compliant operations, and a documentation standard you can hold in your hand. Every claim here is a capability we can substantiate — nothing more.
Request a Roof WalkCertified to install the system that backs your warranty.
A manufacturer only stands behind a roof that’s installed to its specification, by a contractor it has certified. That certification is what lets your roof carry a manufacturer-backed system warranty — the assembly, not just the membrane.
Carlisle Certified
Certified contractorCertified by Carlisle SynTec, a tier-one commercial membrane manufacturer. Certification means we install to the manufacturer's specification — which is what makes your roof eligible for a manufacturer-backed system warranty, not just our word on the workmanship.
Firestone / Holcim Elevate
Completed work withWe've completed work with Firestone and Holcim Elevate systems, giving you more than one manufacturer's product line to choose from when we match a system to your building.
Certified assemblies are what make manufacturer no-dollar-limit (NDL) system warranties available on the roofs that qualify. How that plays out on your building depends on the system and the assembly — see how warranties work.
OSHA-compliant, every site.
We run OSHA-compliant operations on every job — fall protection, site controls, and safe material handling as standard practice, not an afterthought. On an occupied building, that protects your tenants and the public as much as it protects our crew.
A safe site is also a predictable one: fewer stoppages, fewer incidents, and a job that finishes on the schedule we gave you.
Fully insured and bonded before we set foot on the roof.
Everything a property manager needs to clear us through procurement — carried in full, and documented on request.
General liability
We carry the required commercial general liability limits and can furnish a certificate of insurance naming your entity before work begins.
Workers’ compensation
Full workers’ comp coverage on our crews, so a job-site injury never becomes your building’s liability.
Bonding capacity
We carry the bonding capacity required for the scale of projects we take on, and can provide bonding on projects that call for it.
Two layers of protection.
Every roof we install carries two warranties working together: a manufacturer system warranty on the roofing assembly, and our own workmanship warranty on the installation. One covers the materials and the system; the other covers how we put it on.
The exact term depends on the system and the assembly you choose — which is why we set it out with you at the findings meeting rather than printing a single number that doesn’t fit every roof. See how warranty terms are set.
A record on every job, not just the big ones.
We photograph the roof before we touch it, capture the work as it happens, and hand you a photo-driven closeout report at the end. It’s a credential in its own right — a facility manager can hand our closeout package to an insurer, a lender, or the next owner and it stands on its own.
See a sample closeout report on our work page.
Let’s get on your roof and show you where it really stands.
A documented, no-obligation condition assessment — the honest starting point before any bid.
