There is no single warranty length for a commercial roof. The term you can get depends on the membrane system, the thickness, the assembly beneath it, and how the roof will be maintained. A coating that extends the life of a sound roof and a full tear-off to new membrane sit in very different places on that scale.
So instead of advertising a headline number that only applies to one scenario, we show you the warranty landscape for the specific system we’re recommending — the honest range, and what it takes to reach the longer end of it.

Manufacturer System Warranty
Backed by the membrane manufacturer, this covers the roofing assembly itself. Because we install to the manufacturer's specification as a certified contractor, the roofs that qualify can carry a manufacturer-backed system warranty — the whole assembly, not just the sheet of membrane. The available term depends on the system and the assembly you choose.
GEG Workmanship Warranty
Our own warranty on the installation — the seams, flashings, and details our crew put down. If something we installed lets water in, we come back and make it right. It's the accountability that sits behind the manufacturer's coverage.

Because we’re a certified installer, the systems we put on qualify for manufacturer coverage on the full assembly — with no-dollar-limit (NDL) coverage available on the roofs that qualify for it.

Certification is what unlocks the coverage.
A manufacturer only extends a system warranty on a roof installed by a contractor it has certified, to its specification. Our certification is the reason those warranties — including NDL coverage on qualifying assemblies — are on the table for your roof at all.
