How we document a roof.
Every job we run is photographed before we touch it, while the work happens, and after it's finished. Here is the record you walk away with, the way we capture it, and the systems we install across New England.
A sample of the closeout you keep.
Every job ends with a photo-driven condition and closeout report. This is an illustrative sample of that format — findings, the options we presented, and the photo documentation behind them. The details are redacted; the structure is exactly what you receive.
- Seam separation — northeast field
- Ponding at primary drain
- Flashing lift — parapet, west wall
- Failed pitch pocket — HVAC curb

Illustrative layout only. Property details are redacted — this is not a real client’s report.
Want to see how the report gets built, step by step? Walk through our process.
What the three stages look like.
The walk, the welded seam, and the crew mid-install — the three points on every job where documentation matters most.

Six systems, one contractor.
A mixed portfolio doesn’t want six specialists. We install and document every low-slope system, so the work above is the same disciplined process whichever membrane your building calls for.
- TPO
- EPDM
- PVC
- Modified Bitumen
- Built-Up (BUR)
- Coatings

Before, during, and after — on every job.
The photo record isn’t reserved for the big re-roofs. Every job gets documented, so the diagnosis stays honest, the repair is provable, and you keep a reference file on your building long after our crew has cleared the site.
Go look at a roof we finished.
A website can show you anything. If you have our bid in hand and you want to know whether we can do the work, ask us for the address of a completed roof and go see it — or ask for the owner’s number and call them. We will hand both over.
You can also ask for our certificate of insurance, our Carlisle certification, and a sample closeout package from a real job with the property details redacted. Those go out the same day you ask.
Ask for a reference — it is the fastest way to find out if we are what the bid says we are.
Let’s get on your roof and show you where it really stands.
A documented, no-obligation condition assessment — the honest starting point before any bid.
